Wednesday: 4-4:45pm Kids Yoga and 7-8:30pm All Levels Yoga
Saturday: 9:30 – 10:45am Gentle Yoga and 11-12:15pm All Levels Yoga
Clear & Present Meditation Series
Experience meditation focused on calming your mind to a place of bright and present awareness. Explore in a supportive group setting, the simple and effective method known traditionally as shamatha-vipassana, which develops both focused attention and open awareness. These sessions serve as an enjoyable way to start or deepen your practice.
